I built my first case using this prosses back in 2000 to store my 35mm camera equipment.
This box has since been redesignated as a food storage box when we go camping to keep the bears, wolves, coyotes and other furry trouble makers out of the food, usually bread, chips and the like, but it has, at times carried up to 35 pounds of canned goods. Yet it only weighs less than two pounds empty.
Here is a box I built to keep my plumbing tools and supplies in; empty, again, it weighs less than 2 pounds and around 28 pounds loaded.
I have other similar boxes that contain my electric drill and all the bits and attachments that go with it, and another for electrical / electronics tools and supplies for wiring a house or fixing a TV. These boxes have survived construction sites over the last 10 years; that alone can give you the confidence that any case we build will stand up to nearly anything you use it for whithin reason. Then again, if we know what you need it for we can design it to do any job.
We line all the gun cases, both top and bottom with Convoluted Foam.
Many other cases are lined with multible layers of Durable Foam so the Case can be adjusted to fit snugly around whatever you put in it,such as the laptop in this briefcase.
I put my friends 73 pound son in this large Trunk, and we carried him away.
The black Rifle Case and the small black Pistol Case, were donated to the local police department.
These Pet Caskets were taken to local veterinarians for display and sale.
The unusual 3-place Urn was built with dividers inside where three can be loaded in seprately or remove the dividers and mix them together, this one was built for a friend who wanted to put her late husband and his favorite cat and dog's ashes together in one Urn.
May They All Rest In Peace.
We build single Urns using nearly every kind of wood.
